According to the Chief Executive Officer of Kuda Bank, Babs Ogundeyi, going forward, there would be a continued effort to ensure that customers using its digital-only platform would have undenied access to affordable services on its platform.
At an event, the bank had earlier stated its creed for going digital in its emphasis that being exclusively digital, it allows for cost-effectiveness as it fills the gap of running a network of physical branches, savings which are then transferred to customers in the form of free banking services.
The bank provides full banking services via its Android and iPhones apps which allows for digitally inclined Nigerians to run a current account, save money and earn up to 15% annual interest without the burden of bank charges.

The C.E.O explained further how Kuda bank is aiming at giving people autonomy over their individual finances and to create an atmosphere of ease.
“We have on the platform what we called categorization where you know exactly what you spend from your account at any giving time and we don’t charge anything on it.
“The truth is that people don’t want to go to the bank. The platform has free banking services, access to investment products like stocks, bonds and foreign stocks, free ATM Card without maintenance card”. he explained.
