The Africa Tech Festival is an exciting weeklong world-class tech event that holds every November to celebrate Africa’s vibrant and diverse community of technology champions. The festival boasts over 15,000 attendees.
Some of the events featured include AfricaCom, AfricaTech, the AHUB, the AFest, and the AfricaCom Awards. Over the past 23 years, Africa Tech Festival has become the biggest telecoms and technology event in Africa, connecting business leaders in connectivity and communications, enterprise digital transformation, ICT policy, broadcasting, and digital media.
The event went virtual in recent years owing to the Covid-19 pandemic, but this year the organizers are delighted to announce that they are “back with a bang” as the festival returns to Cape Town from the 7th – 11th November 2022 at the Cape Town International Convention Centre.
The line-up of speakers for this year includes Mrs. Funke Opeke – CEO at MainOne, Amadou Diallo – CEO Middle East and Africa at DHL Global Forwarding, Nitin Garia – Managing Director Sub-Saharan Africa at Google, Nic Rudnick – Group CEO at Liquid Intelligent Technologies, koyor Bariboloka – Deputy Director at Central Bank of Nigeria, Nina Triantis – Global Head of Telecoms, Media and Technology at Standard Bank, Prasanna Kumar Burri – Group Chief Information Officer at Dangote Group and a host of others.
