The company according to him further segmented its identity verification solutions so as to meet certain requirements of its broad customer base. Under Chams’ unique products, customers including individuals, Small and Medium Scale Enterprises (SMEs) and governments among others use different platforms to confirm the identity of an employee or bulk verification.

Speaking in a statement, he said the company takes delight in providing tailor-made identity services, peculiarly for organizations, where the name of an individual’s information is updated and validated against the customer’s database is important to keep data quality, validity and integrity.
Young said,
“An example of an innovative identity verification solution we provide to state governments, which has made a major difference in improving the lives of state pensioners, is our pensioner verification app. Pensioners can verify themselves through taking a selfie, which we match against other facial records of the pensioner, including the State pension’s database. Once verified, the pensioner is good to receive pension payments for another defined period.”
Before the app was being introduced, people(pensioners) had to travel from their local locations to a bank branch in order to validate themselves through fingerprints bio metrics which was a long, expensive and ultimately a rigorous exercise for the pensioner.
With these products, verification exercise can now be done through either using their own phone or another smartphone from any location. He also noted that the pensioner app is one of the many ways Chams is using simple identity technology to certain customer needs and improving lives.
