This will be used to expand freelancers and entrepreneurs of SMEs, and MSEs in their quest to grow and manage their businesses.

Purpose the Kuda Business Will Serve
Speaking on how beneficial the new account will be for SMEs, Oyegun said,
“It will assist small-scale business owners to overcome some of their major challenges. Kuda Business is the answer to some of the most basic challenges that freelancers and MSMEs face in managing their businesses”.
According to him, small business owners face serious issues in the areas of invoicing, making and receiving payments, and managing their business outfits.
With Kuda Business, customers will be able to send invoices and pay several bills to different individuals and corporate entities without switching apps.
Kuda Business Enablement
The app allows easy sending of estimates, the ability to send invoices, and get paid in multiple ways. It also allows users to make free transfers and bulk transfers, and pay bills without switching apps.
It gives them the ability to start as a freelancer. They also get help with registering their businesses with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
You can also utilize the features which will be available on the app. This will enable businesses to receive payments.
According to Oyegun, the initiative is to help business owners reduce costs. It is also to help them ease their internal struggles/processes.
Also Kuda Business shows entrepreneurs a detailed dashboard of how their money comes and goes out. This erases any future confusion about their finances.

Final Note
Is this Kuda’s way of bouncing back? Recall, the payment startup lost over #6 billion in the last year. We hope this helps them get back on their feet.
