MTN Nigeria, a leading telecoms provider, has unveiled a strategic partnership with Adbot, a South African ad-tech company, to extend MTN’s Thryve Google Ads services to all small and medium businesses (SMEs) on MTN Nigeria’s network. This collaboration is set to revolutionize digital advertising for SMEs in Nigeria.
MTN Group is a prominent African mobile network operator offering a wide range of services, including voice, data, fintech, digital, enterprise, wholesale, and API services to over 289 million customers across 19 markets.
Adbot specializes in AI-powered automated ad campaign management tailored for SMEs, allowing businesses to create automated Google and Bing ads online in just 10 minutes, streamlining their efforts and saving valuable time and resources.
How the MTN – Adbot Partnership Works
As of the announcement, MTN MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise) customers can now access AI-powered Google Ads through the MTN Google Thryve Bundle, made possible by this partnership.
The collaboration empowers SMEs to enhance their online visibility, making use of the Thryve Google Ads Bundle, which includes 1GB of data, a minimum of 10 website conversions, and 500 ad views on Google.
This offering effectively addresses a critical challenge faced by SMEs – accessing new markets. The proposition is designed to support SMEs in maximizing their online presence and expanding their audience reach.
This development represents a significant step forward in providing cost-effective and accessible advertising solutions for over four million SMEs.
