Another achievement has just been added to the feat of Access Bank as TechKudi just learnt that the multinational commercial bank Access Bank is to issue American Express branded cards in Nigeria.
The bank which is the leading regional lender was given the authority to sign up merchants to accept American Express card transactions.
It was confirmed by our sources that the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) issued Access Bank a ‘’no objection status’’ to issue Amex in Nigeria.
